This document (along with any document referred to here and constituting an integral part thereof) sets forth the terms that determine the use of this website (www.senseofeuphoria.com) and the purchase of products through it.
Please read these Terms and Privacy Policy carefully before you start using this site, because by using or placing an order through it you agree to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policy, so if you do not agree, you should not use this website. These Terms may be amended. It is your responsibility to read them regularly.
1. The sale of products through this website under the distinctive title SENSE OF EUPHORIA, is carried out by the company under the name “PETROPOULOS . X. ELEFTHERIA”. based in Peristeri – Athens, Athinas str. No. 3, with Tax ID 115510130 of the ‘DOY B’ Peristeri’.
2. All information about your identity and personal information provided on this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and must be accurate, true and non-misleading.
3. By using this website or placing an order through it, you are bound to:
Not place false orders or fraudulent orders without the purpose of fulfilling them. In such a case, we are entitled to cancel and notify the authorities of any further damage to us.
Provide an accurate email address and all your contact information. We may use this information to contact you if necessary (see our Privacy Policy).
Keep in mind that, if you do not provide us with all the information we require, we cannot forward your order.
4. By placing an order through this website, you guarantee that you have legal capacity, that is, you may enter binding contracts with your name, and that you are not under any misconception, fraud or threat at the time the contract is drawn up. We would like to inform you that our website is not designed for minors. The services and products on this website are intended for adults over eighteen (18) years of age. As a result, adults are required by law to protect underage internet users who may access this website. We are not responsible for any use of this website by minors and any subsequent purchase of products available.
5. Regarding the sales contract between you and us, it will not be considered complete unless your order has been accepted by us and you receive confirmation through a corresponding email. If, for any reason, we do not accept your order and your order has already been paid, then you will receive a full refund. For your order to be considered complete, you must follow the purchase procedure by following the steps described on the website, then receive an e-mail from us confirming we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”) and consequently, it is no longer possible to modify it – and one more email confirming that the product has been shipped (“Shipment Confirmation”). This agreement will only apply to products whose shipment we have confirmed in the Shipment Confirmation, and does not apply to products that may be out of stock or for any reason cannot be sent to you at the time of confirmation.
6. All receptions and deliveries of your orders depend on their availability.
7. Our website has no responsibility to you or to any third party regarding the withdrawal of any products from this website, and the removal or processing of content on the website after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
8. If, for any reason, we fail to meet the delivery date, which is usually set at 1-3 business days, we will notify you and you are entitled to either request a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund. The delivery of the product is considered complete when you or a third party designated by you has received the goods, which will be evidenced by the signature on your order’s receipt from the corresponding shipping company at the place of delivery that you have designated.
9. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order to the place you have indicated to us, we will inform you about the situation and what you will need to do in order to receive it, after communicating with our shipping company.
10. If your order is available for delivery and, for reasons beyond our responsibility the order has not been delivered within 10 days, we will consider that you wish to cancel the agreement between us, we will cancel it without further notice and we will provide a full refund of the products you purchased from our site. If, after this, you wish to re-ship your order, you agree to undertake the additional shipping costs.
In the event that your order is returned at your own fault and after you have received the relevant e-mail with your order number, you will be charged with the shipping costs which will be withdrawn from your refund.
11. The price of each product will be the one set each time on our website. If there is any error regarding the price of a product you have ordered, you will be notified without delay and allowed to re-place your order at the correct product price, or cancel it. Our prices include VAT but not the shipping costs, which are added to the total price as shown in the Shipping section. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation email has already been sent to you.
12. If you find that the product you received is not the one you ordered, does not meet the specifications that it should, as described on the site, contact us immediately via our online form, describing the product and the reason of its return, or by e-mail at senseofeuphoria2014@gmail.com (Monday – Friday, 10am – 9pm) and we will give you instructions on what further action you will need to take for its return.
First, make sure that the return request does not exceed 4 business days from the date of delivery, as proved by the shipping documents, and that all products must be in the original condition that you received them, before they can be returned.
Personal care and body care products can only be returned if they have not been used. Cosmetic products, perfumes and cleaning products ,are not returned. Refunds are made only in special cases, e.g. if it has been done on our part, incorrect placement of products in your order.
Furthermore, you will need to deliver the product to the courier company that we will send to your home, along with the receipt you received on delivery. After carefully checking the returned product, we will notify you by email within a reasonable time if you are eligible for a refund or replacement, which will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned products.
In the case of faulty products that cannot be replaced or no longer wish to be replaced, the amount paid will be fully refunded, including shipping costs for the return of the product.
If we are to blame, we will provide a full refund corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs. In the event that there is no mistake on our part, you will be refunded only for the amount corresponding to the value of the products and you will be charged with the shipping costs.
13. All content on this website, such as indicators, programs, information, data, trademarks, logos, photographs, graphic designs and any other distinguishing features as well as generally all digital store archives and services of the website, uploaded on the Internet, are the intellectual property of senseofeuphoria.com or of those who provide license for their use and are protected by Greek, community and international intellectual and industrial property laws. Consequently, none of them may be wholly or partly sold, copied, reproduced, modified, transmitted, republished and / or distributed in any way or by any means. Your use of this content is permitted only to the extent explicitly approved by us or its licensors and in a manner that is not in breach of the law and in good faith. It is prohibited in any way to mislead the public about the true owner of the content of this website.
Any of the content’s reproduction, upload, sharing or transmission in any manner or medium for commercial or other purposes, is not permitted and any such action as well as any fraudulent, misleading or illegal use of the content on our site , for commercial or other purposes, may deem you responsible for compensating us or third parties whose rights may be affected.
The names, symbols, images, logos and trademarks, which represent www.senseofeuphoria.com or third parties and their products or services, are the exclusive trademarks that we or third parties possess, protected by the relevant trademark laws and commercial and industrial property. Their appearance on our site alone should not in any way be considered as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them. Therefore, our company will not be held responsible for any use by any third party of the above marks and third party marks.

Any inappropriate use of this site is explicitly prohibited by knowingly transmitting to other users viruses, “trojan horses”, “worms” and other malicious software or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. Force Majeure is any act, fact, failure of accomplishment, omission or accident that is not under our control or the control of the average common human being and is indicative of the following situations: strikes, lockouts or other trade union actions, social unrest, rebellion, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, inability to use railways, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles, or other public or private means of transport, no use of public or private telecommunications networks, government restrictions, any strike, damage or accident to ferry and postal services or other means of transport.
The fulfillment of our obligations in any such case shall be suspended for the period of time that the event of force majeure occurs and, as soon as such event ends, we will make every effort to promptly fulfill our obligations and provide you our service.
17. These terms, and any documents explicitly referred to them or you receive from us, constitute our entire agreement with respect to the subject matter of each Agreement and supersede any prior written or oral agreement, understanding or settlement between us.
18. We reserve the right to revise and modify these Terms at any time, which you will be informed of by navigating through our website, with the obligation to accept them if you wish to use our site.
19. The use of our website and the Contracts regarding the purchase of products through it are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising or relating to the use of the website or current contracts are subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
